At Blended Family Wellness, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching services that support your personal and family growth. We also value your time and investment, as well as our own. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.

1. Coaching Sessions (Individual or Package)
a. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment, subject to availability.

Sessions canceled or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling, except in cases of emergency.
b. Refunds

All coaching sessions and packages are non-refundable once the first session has been completed.

If you purchase a multi-session package and wish to discontinue before starting, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided no sessions have been used.

Any refund requests must be submitted in writing to blendedfamilywellness@gmail.com.

2. Group Programs, Workshops, or Courses

Payments for group coaching programs, workshops, or online courses are non-refundable, due to the nature of limited spots and digital materials provided.

If a program is canceled by Blended Family Wellness, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date.

3. No Guarantees
While our coaching services are designed to support transformation and clarity, results vary by individual. Therefore, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, and refunds are not provided based on dissatisfaction with results.

4. Payment Disputes
If you believe there has been an error in billing, please contact us at blendedfamilywellness@gmail.com as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.
